B. J. Control Panels Limited believe that keeping the customer fully informed and involved with the project life cycle is the key to a successful end product. This ensures that the customer gets exactly what he expects from the control system – with no nasty surprises. To this end – right from the initial quotation stage to final delivery – the client has a very experienced project team member who is totally responsible for ensuring that the customer’s requirements are fully met and that all drawings and supporting  documentation are discussed and agreed prior to manufacture.

When a control panel or system is completed it is our aim to initially fully test the system (by simulating all external sensors etc.). Once we are happy that the system performs as expected, we will invite the customer to our works to inspect and witness test the control system. This shows the client exactly what he is getting prior to delivery and ensures that the customer is 100% happy with the final product.
